A note from us

Firstly, a big thank you to those out there who support ColourSplash and who bought stuff from us. A even bigger thank you to those who defended us, making us feel loved and supported. I've said this time and over, the stuff here are not copied from any other livejournal/designer. All the better, i'm now clarifying all the doubts you have.

Someone first started by commenting at my journal:

its called plagiarism and you can get jailed for it, mind you.

My reply was and still is:
This is absolutely not copied and you can think whatever you want, i know about plagarism as much as you do because my school reminds us about it every now and then. I went into the shop, i saw these stuffs and i thought i would make them along with some othe stuff i bought, i depend on myself, i dont copy. If i sell copied stuff, i do not have to wait so long to make somethign, i can just go around copying anything i see. Making these is my interest and i myself wont feel good selling copied stuff, please spare a thought for me, i am not happy when i see comments like yours and i certainly do not appreciate them.

I thought this was all over until i realised these people were posting these similar comments at helloweekend and MSF's livejournal site. Ok, this is the final straw, i wont tolerate you people no more.

Idiot, i was just busy with my projects and stuff. I bought the patches hell long ago, i even mailed the people from my mailing list on 22nd June i'll be coming up with new stuff by the end of the week (this bag charms series), but i did not because i was not sick&out for the time in between. So now when i know someone's going to slander me, i'll post my stuff way before i even make them, it doesnt even make sense.

No, these are not copied from anyone else, not referred, not inspired. Maybe i was inspired a little, or a lot by the shopkeeper who told me the patches were cute!
And no, i'm not going to jail for plagiarism, because i know as much as plagarism as you, maybe even more. Oh, you might have to be careful with your words, dont slander.
